Statesboro’s Convention and Visitors Bureau is a one-stop shop for locally-made gifts courtesy of makers and bakers like these:
Kim’s Cheese Straws
Statesboro local Kim Kaiser set out to recreate a delectable childhood snack: her grandmother’s cheese wafers. She ended up with Kim’s Cheese Straws, her take on the uniquely flavored Southern delicacy that spread like wildfire among the Statesboro community. With her most popular flavors, Original Cheddar and Pecan Cheddar, available at the Visitors Center, Kim has perfected these cheesy delights for every palate. This “Homemade Southern Tradition” is one you don’t want to miss.
