Whitaker Black Box Theater

Opened in 2015, the Whitaker Black Box Theater offers a flexible venue for small productions and also serves as the home to our youth theater. The Black Box Theatre is a separate entity from the Averitt Center, located down West Main St. It is equipped with black walls, dark curtains and a brand new sound and lighting system.
