Located in the southern part of Bulloch County, a few miles outside of Statesboro, Dixie Charm Farms was established in Brooklet, GA April 7, 2014. That is the day their broiler houses went into operation & since then they have continued to grow. Dixie Charm originally started with 3 houses & have since added a 4th. They are proud partners with Claxton Poultry Farms & enjoy growing these Georgia grown chickens for all the markets they support. However, poultry was not their first livestock commodity on the farm. They began as Gantt Cattle Company in June 2012. That is when they acquired the beginnings of their registered Angus herd. At the time they had less than 10 cows. Now, they have a herd size of 30 plus cows & look forward to continued growth. Their cattle operation has diversified outlets with a common goal...to grow superb structural soundness coupled with a gentle disposition. Their diversified outlets are selling calves, registered bulls, & Georgia grown beef directly to the consumer. Dixie Charm Farms offers quarter, half, & whole cow packages.
